Requirement: Must open Goro's Lair using the Cracked Horn of Motaro. Look for the pillar that appears to have streak of fire running through it - it's the flaming spear itself. From here, take the tunnel immediately to the right of the throne and follow it back to the Armory. From the entrance to Goro's Lair, make your way through Goro's Great Hall and into Goro's Throne Room. The Spear of Hanzo Hasahi can be found within the Armory in Goro's Lair.
